A t first, I always felt shamed for my grammar weakness and lack of oral English, however, the persist in English told me to never give up. It is my pleasure to have joined the training of primary English-teaching several times. Through the learning, I have broaden my horizon widely: teaching teachers’ cadent explaining; the fluent English dialogue between the teacher and students; the trenchant comments of the experts made me be filled with admiration and strengthen my confidence ,resolution and perseverance of doing well of English-teaching.
Though the example is good, following after a fashion is not sure to be successful. It is avoidable that there are some troubles and problems in the process of teaching, which will not damp down my enthusiasm to the English-teaching and I still pursuit my ever-lasting hope enduringly. I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?
First of all， let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August， 2004， when I decided to come to Beijing for study， my friends hel* * **rewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation， you should look for a job in Beijing， and then in 2008， we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK， no problem!

i always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we needn’t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

现阶段，由于课堂时间紧等原因，教师讲评试卷时只是简单地核对答案，仅仅对错误率较高的练习题进行讲解。在这种情况下，英语试卷只是考核学生学习进度的工具。
一、讲评英语试卷一定要及时
根据小学课程的设置要求，小学生每周只有两节英语课。如果学生在课堂完成练习后不能及时收到所做练习的反馈，那么学生至少要一周后才能得到练习的反馈。根据艾宾浩斯的记忆曲线原理，在这种情况下，学生再次面对试卷时已经对做练习的情况毫无印象，那么讲评试卷的效率将大打折扣。因此，教师讲评英语试卷应当越早越好。在学生做练习的过程中，如果教师发现了普遍存在的问题，也可以马上进行讲评，特别是听力部分。例如：学生完成了听句子判断正误的题型后，只有教师及时讲评，学生才能在对所做练习还有印象的前提下反思自己的错因。
二、归纳考查要点，避免“流水账”
教师在讲评试卷时大可不必逐题校对答案，只需抽取错误率较高或是信息量较大的题目进行讲评。在讲评试卷前，教师应先对学生的错误进行归纳，统一讲评同类型的错误。如小学英语（闽教版第八册）单元练习（二）中，常见的错误有大写字母的应用。在讲评过程中，教师可先带领学生简要复习人名、地名、句子的首字母大写等练习，然后让学生找出试卷中这类型的错误进行纠正。这样，有利于学生养成自我总结错误的能力。在讲评试卷的过程中，对于正确率较高的题目，教师则可以一语带过。
三、举一反三，提高趣味性，避免就事论事
教师在讲评试卷时应注意提高趣味性，如果只是单纯地对答案、讲解语言点，那么讲评试卷的过程将变得十分枯燥，这也适合小学生课堂学习的特点。因此，教师要用轻松的语气分析学生的错误所在，可以通过转换题型或是提出假设等方式激发学生的动脑能力。例如：教师讲评完阅读短文填空题后，可以再追加几道判断题来检测学生对短文的理解程度。如学生对于月份的单词掌握不太熟练，教师在讲评听力部分的相关题型时，可以顺便复习12个月份的单词，同时配合快节奏的操练来活跃课堂气氛。
四、讲评书写应当展示正确写法
教师对书写格式的讲评必须形象直观。只有这样，学生才能对自己写错的地方一目了然。高年级学生大多已经正确掌握了字母的书写方法，教师只需展示正确写法，让学生课余时间自己订正即可。
五、争取一次完成讲评，根据时间限制安排讲评
讲评试卷毕竟是英语教学的一种辅助手段，不可本末倒置地过多占用文本教学时间。基于上文提到的讲评试卷的时效性问题，要求教师必须一次完成对一份试卷的讲评。这就需要教师要安排好课堂结构，灵活运用课堂富余的时间，用不同的方法进行讲评。如果只有十分钟时间，教师可筛选一到两个最有代表性的试题来讲评，再针对该题简单拓展。例如：学生在大写字母的应用上错误率较高，其中the South Pole错误率最高，教师可以在讲评完这道题后让学生举一反三，这样才能避免学生再出现类似的错误。
讲评试卷的关键不在于讲评时间的长短，也不在于是否能面面俱到，而在于能不能在有限的时间内帮助学生发现、解决问题，提高学生的解题能力。讲评试卷应当有很强的针对性，还要考虑到小学生的心理特征，要避免简单说教。因此，教师在讲评试卷前必须做好详细的分析，充分准备好要讲评的内容。
